I. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products (such as peeled garlic, peeled ginger, shallots, ginger-garlic paste, pickles, and masala powders), we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
However, if you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, you may request a return or replacement within 24 hours of delivery.
II. Eligibility for Return/Replacement
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (where applicable).
A photo or video proof of the damaged, spoiled, or incorrect product must be shared with us at the time of raising the complaint.
The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.
III. Refunds
Once we receive and verify your complaint, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
In some cases, we may provide store credit or a replacement product instead of a refund.
IV. Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items
Opened or partially used food items.
Products returned after the 24-hour window.
Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
V. Incorrect Address / Delivery Failure
Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are entered correctly at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable address, we are not responsible for refunds or replacements.
Since the items are perishable, returned packages cannot be reshipped or reused.
VI. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
